CousinA — Restaurant in Icaria Municipality

Great restaurant. The menu is interesting as the plates combine the local ingredients with innovative recipes achieving a very tasty overall outcome. The place is quite central and at the same time quiet given that it's at the upper end of the main street in Christos Rachon. It is definitely worth trying the food there as the prices are good and the portions fairly large. The service was excellent and the overall experience very positive.

Πολύ νόστιμα πιάτα, ωραία ορεκτικά - μπουρεκάκια, τυροκροκετες, φάβα - πλούσια σαλάτα με μπόλικο τυρί, νόστιμο ριζότο al dente. Σωστές τιμές. Παραγγειλαμε στο τέλος και ένα burger το οποίο ζητήσαμε καλοψημενο, μας είπαν εντάξει ωστόσο ήρθε ροζ από μέσα. Το επισημαναμε και μας είπαν τελικά από την κουζίνα ότι έτσι το ψήνουν, απολογήθηκαν ευγενέστατα και δε μας χρέωσαν γι' αυτό. Λάθη γίνονται, το θέμα είναι πώς θα τα χειριστεί ένας επαγγελματίας. Σίγουρα αξίζει...
