We stayed at this apartment during the summer.
On the positive side, the apartment was consistently clean, and Chrysa was professional and efficient.
That said, the overall experience didn’t really match our expectations. The apartment is a bit dark, small and felt overpriced for what it offers. It’s located on a very busy road, and the traffic noise was constant, making it impossible to sleep with the windows open.
The entrance and parking setup felt a bit risky. The property is right after a bend, and cars speed past all the time. One time, I was stepping out and a car flew by—it was a bit of a scare. Parking wasn’t easy either, as you have to cross both lanes to get in, which doesn’t feel safe with that kind of traffic.

Read moreWe spent four days there. It's a luxurious apartment, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Chrysa is a lovely person who helped with everything we needed. The village has good restaurants and the well-deserved peace we were looking for. Close by there are grocery stores, bakery, and more restaurants, but you will need a car to get there. This part of the island has gorgeous beaches, and wild and astonishing country roads (dirt road that requires attention while driving), but nature’s splendor makes the downside of the dirty roads worth the visit. Read moreWe moved to Olivias as our first place was horrible. The place is beautiful, clean, spacious, with a beautiful view from all windows/balconies. The owner Xrysa came in every day and collected the garbage. She is also very friendly and helpful with tips what we could visit and other recommendations. We had the Iliostasi appartement and we had everything we needed to cook lunch or dinner. Our stay of 4 days was perfect, because we were lucky to find this place. We will be back when we come again to Icaria....
