Beware: Trap for Italians

Having being here on August 2022 and reading some positive reviews, I do wonder where these customers have been. Perhaps, the only reason for you may like this place is that you have not eaten anywhere else. Also, probably, what lures here many tourista is some Italian speaking lady, who seem to manage the place. What is not told is that the prices (not the quality) are Italian too....

Food: lights and shadows. Some dishes were just ok but still too oily, some other very disappointing. Just very few of them were good.

Service: here comes the most unpleasant part. After receiving the bill, we found it way higher than it should. Still, we paid, but we checked the prices on the menu and they were lower than the ones on the bill by approximately 20% !! Having asked for an explanation, we have been told that the prices on the menu were wrong !! Never seen such thing in my life. BEWARE !

Incredible, authentic and unpretentious Greek food with full sunset views. The restaurant is family run with very friendly and unfussy service, the food comes quick and the quality is fantastic - not loaded with salt like many of the fancy restaurants along the coast.

Portions are huge. The menu was limited when we arrived but this was not an issue and reflective of the off-season time we visited - the flipside was it meant the ingredients were clearly fresh and great quality.

I had the seafood orzo which was absolutely full with seafood, far more than I’ve ever had before, and everything tasted fresh and bright. There is generous parking and a feeling of finding a hidden gem as you sit down. Good tasty food in a comfortable and beautiful setting, and the price is very very reasonable. I would recommend Agali over l of the coastal / sunset view restaurants...

If you are looking for a traditional Greek tavern experience with an amazing view, then this is the place. The food is extremely good and there is a variety of dishes to choose from. You can have traditional Greek dishes like mousakas and meatpie, or grilled meats like a steak or a fillet. Not only that but there is also seafood like fresh squid, which is extremely hard to come by. Not only is the squid fresh but their vegetables come from their garden below.
