The girl at the till asked me to repeat what I wanted the bao buns with. She didn't hear the first time I placed the order bcz she started shouting over me that they would take 15 mins to prepare. I asked for the drinks since, obviously, those don't take 15 mins to prepare but she said I had to wait for her to serve someone else first. Why? Why do you start serving another customer before you're finished with the previous one? I couldn't wait because I have difficulty standing and there were another 2 people in the queue, so I left it. Eventually, the girl brought the beer to our table with some delay. I'm guessing when there were no more customers.

Eventually, the staff started shouting at us across the floor that the food is ready, even though we were told that we had to watch a monitor for our order number and go and collect it, which we did, indeed and this is why we took no notice of the shouting initially. When I asked why that hadn't happened and why they shouted to us instead, they said they didn't mark the order as ready on the system because they had shouted to us, as well as the entire floor...
The bao buns arrived in a take-away box for some reason without an explanation why. The funny thing is that they have this message on the cardboard box that they care about the environment...
The food was good. The room is nice but with insufficient air-conditioning for the Greek heat. And, obviously, we didn't appreciate their shouting about the food. We had experienced poor service at another Goody's branch the previous time, which is why we decided to avoid it and try this one instead but the service here was even poorer. I would recommend the bosses to make people sit a simple critical thinking and life skills test before being hired because Goody's staff seem to be struggling with the basics. It may be worth paying extra in order to get some better skilled people.
This is what I was taught when I was little, that only shepherds shout at animals. People don't shout to other people but walk up to them if they want to speak.
One of the two female toilets was out of toilet roll...
UPDATE: We ended up going there again... unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances and had pretty much the same issues. The same girl served us at the till and again she wouldn't understand the order until we showed it to her on the menu. The room was really warm again but this time we worked out that was because the air-con was set to 25 degrees, the equivalent of heating mode... This time I had a bottle of water with me so I didn't bother ask staff to give us our drinks that we'd paid for immediately. Eventually, the food arrived with the bao buns in a cardboard box... The member of staff said that's what they always do... The bao buns had to be redone because they got stuck to the cardboard box...
The person responding here is just doing a PR exercise. There is nothing more to it. I just hope we don't end up there again... Next time we want kebabs we'll...

Και ενώ πήρα τηλέφωνο να δω τι γίνετε μου είπαν ότι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι και πρέπει να είναι μάλλον στις καλαμαριάς ξεκίνησα να καλώ στις καλαμαριάς δίχως αποτέλεσμα ξανακαλέσα στην κρήνη και με ενημερώνουν πως πρέπει να καλέσω στο 18365. Καλώ και δεν απαντάνε , όποτε ξεκινάω φευγω από το σπιτι πάω στην καλαμαρια και μου λένε πως η διεύθυνση μ εξυπηρετείτε από τις κρήνης και ενώ γυρνάω σπιτι περνώ στο κατάστημα Αγία να "ζητήσω τα ρέστα" και ενώ μιλάμε ήρεμα και μου εξηγεί το παλικάρι ότι έχει θέμα η Goody’s στην εφαρμογή και των ρωταω γιατί δεν το κλείνει μου είπε πως δεν γνωρίζει και όλη η Ελλάδα έχει θέμα Τέλος πάντων ρωτησα για τα χρήματα μ πως θα τα πάρω πίσω μιας και δεν έφαγα και η απάντηση ήταν πως θα πρέπει να περιμενω μερικές μέρες και από την επόμενη μέρα να προσπαθώ να πάρω τηλέφωνο στο 18365 μπας και τα καταφέρω να πιάσω γραμμή να ζητήσω τα χρήματα μου αλλιώς σε μερικές μέρες να ξαναμιλήσουμε Όποτε για αυτό και η συγκεκριμένη...
