This is one of those little greek tavernas nested in a little village with a beautiful location on the main square by the fountain and a small church, right by the supermarket.

You can eat BBQ and a couple of greek specials. Make sure to try sausages, burgers, and little kebabs (sotuskaki).

At the very end, you get a desert treat on the house. We got kadaif, it is a dessert made from dough that resembles thin noodles. It's filled with walnuts and soaked in honey and lemon juice. I tried a delightful version here, a symphony of sweet and wonderful flavors from Greece and the Balkans. All in all, it was the perfect finishing touch after a fantastic meal.

I highly recommend this place as it may be the only one near with a meat menu, and a very friendly saff. Be prepared to wait for your order and for a seat, but in the end, it will...

It was pouring with rain and thunderstorms in August so reached out to our nearest Taverna to fill our tummies after a day stuck inside. There was only a table outside under the awning available (not because it was full but because it really was the only dry table available) but the owner was so accommodating to us as a family of 3. The mixed grill for 2 was unapologetically satisfying with a great tomato tapenade, thick gorgeous tzatiki with pitta, souvlaki that was kindly wrapped up for takeout for our daughter for later to finish and 2 quarts of wine to satisfy mummy with little comp magnums to finish left a rainy day feel a little bit brighter afterwards. We can imagine how lovely it is in the courtyard outside the church in...

One of the nicest places we have visited during our vacation. Our cousin felt dizzy and she needed to rest on a nearby bench, but the owner and all the workers helped her to get back on her feet with cold water, ice, and cold juices. Everyone was so helpful. The food is very delicious. The best moussaka in this part of Greece. We ordered one portion per person, but the portion is huge, it is enough for two. Greek salad also. The prices are decent. Six of us plus children had a wonderful meal for about 90e. The place doesn't have too many tables but it was not crowded. It is just behind the church and in the shade of large trees. We had a wonderful time here and ate a...

This tavern is located in a quiet square, next to the church of the village. The atmosphere is very nice. The service is quick and friendly. Coming to the food: whatever we ate was very tasteful. As appetizer we had fried pepper, bouyurdi, baked eggplant. We tried chicken fillet, pork steak, beef steak, pork seftalia and chicken souvlaki as main dishes. I would recommend to try all of them! The portions are very big so you should order carefully :) The only disadvantage of the place is that there are many bees which appear suddenly when the meat dishes arrive at the table, but they have a solution for this.
