Pacmam – A Hidden Gem in Paralia
If you're looking for a place in Paralia where quality truly meets flavor, I wholeheartedly recommend Pacmam. Over the past two years, we've explored numerous restaurants in the area, always in search of one that consistently delivers high-quality meals. Unfortunately, despite promising appearances, many establishments left us disappointed—both in taste and in how our stomachs felt afterward. Pacmam, however, stands out as a refreshing exception. It's the first restaurant we've found in Paralia where you can genuinely feel the care put into the quality of the food. Despite its fast-food-style setup, the dishes served here are anything but ordinary. From deliciously seasoned appetizers and fresh salads to perfectly grilled meats like mixed grill platters, souvlaki, and gyros, everything was spot on in terms of flavor and freshness. Out of all the restaurants we've tested, Pacmam is the only one we can confidently recommend. If you're someone who values well-prepared, tasty meals, this place is absolutely...
Read moreAgain i wonder how this restaurant got 4,7 stars with more than 1.000 reviews. It is not even close. Service is fast and touristy. Prices are normal for this place. I've got dirty empty plate for a starter. Waiter changed it quick and with no problem. Service was quick. Food is below average to average. Tzatziki was OK, but still not as good as it can be in Greece in general. Zucchini balls average, sauce with it below average. Both gyros plates were hardly for eat. No taste meat which was sliced and grilled on hot plate. Definately not prepared classic style. My grilled kalamari (squod) were super chewy with a strange (not fresh) taste. Salad and rice as side dish were minimalistic (hardly for one spoon). The best food here were bread (pita) and french fries. Quick, almost fast food style restaurant with poor food quality, prepared for as mich tourists as they can get each day. Kids left their food more than half not eaten. The worst restaurant we ate at on our 3 weeks trip in Greece. Taverna?...

The curly fries didn't taste good to me, and the ketchup served with the gyros was definitely diluted with water, given its lack of flavor. Overall, the food was decent, but it's definitely not traditional Greek gyros. I noticed that the gyros had mustard inside (which surprised me a lot), and the tzatziki sauce on the gyros plate didn't resemble the original at all. I thought it was plain yogurt with very little garlic. I certainly wouldn't return to this restaurant. There are places in Paralia that offer much better traditional...
