Kariba Water Gamepark — Attraction in Katerini Municipality

This is a very nice water park. Seating area is well shaded from the sun. There are 8 water slides of various types, a small pool and another separate pool with slides for small kids. There is a snack bar on location and the staff speaks enough English to get by. The line for each slide is very short (up to 5 minutes) and most of the slides have no waiting time. We came with three kids (15, 13, 9) and all of us had a really lovely time. It cost 12 euros per person, and there is no time limit on the stay. I definitely recommend this place. Update: seems that around 15:00 the place starts getting crowded. Too many rude people keep the inflatables and take them to their sears, so there are barely any left for those who want to slide. Basically the place is mainly for kids but here if your kid is below 30 Kg can use only 2 slides and one of them if fully matte and impossible to slide on it. The employees together with the old fallow (manager) are quite rough. Those rules are not displayed and is not taken in consideration if the kid knows to swim or not. Quite frustrating to go with your kid there that know to swim very well and weights below 30 kg and explain that a kid that is 5 years old and weights 50 Kg can use all the slides. One of the worse Aqua Park that I have ever been to . The Location is nice but stuff and management one of the worse that I have ever seen . Probably they never have been in Europe to see a Aqua park , Kids want an aqua park and they did not use the sliders exactly as the stuff sad to them in a language they called English and they were banned to use them .
