Taverna Kynigos — Restaurant in Kavala Municipality

The restaurant is far from being good, maybe the other reviews are from the staff or friends. We did a reservation for 3, I can say they put us on the worst table, which I don’t care for actually, but I will contain it. The staff is not very polite, when we asked for our bread to be baked more, they said that we need to wait more for it. Also, the portions are small for the prices, maybe just the zucchini are good. The squids are frozen not fresh. I can say that here in Palio are better restaurants to visit, so don’t lose your time...

It was awfully tasty,the service was good and The atmosphere is a 4 because there was a parrot in a cage trapped which I really don’t like. Me and my wife did not like the place much because I guess of the loud companies nearby but hey, this is just us and this is a Greek tavern after all, so smoking, loud voices, etc. are to be expected. I also did not like the fried zucchini - they had too much salt and did not felt light and crispy like the ones I have tried before in other Greek tavernas (usually it seems like you are eating chips).
