Service was bad. Everyone was getting croissants together with their beverages, but we didn't get and I asked after one hour of waiting to see if we'd get some and they brought us 2 croissants even though we were 3 people and they had a bad attitude. Then we ordered some other food that took way too long to come to the table over 30 minutes for a big and cold croissant. When we asked for water, we never got it and we had to ask again for it and wait even longer. Service was very bad and the prices weren't cheap. Hi. Usually I come to west to sit with my son for breakfast and coffee. Usually we love it. Today I tried to order two time coffee been ignored by the service that were talking Infront of the door. When we actually complain they still came after time the coffee was cold and the service didn't know the difference between double or short espresso. It is a shame. Maybe you need to train your stuff the kinds of coffee. WE needed to call the manager to tell the service that we ordered double....and we got short espresso. How you say in Greek....

Τι να πρωτοπώ..το σερβίς άθλιο καθόμασταν 30 λεπτά περιμένοντας να μας παραγγείλουν σε μερα που ο κόσμος δεν ειχε τοσο κοσμο, ρώτησαμε τον βοηθο σερβις( ο μονος που μας ειδε) αν μπορουμε να παραγγείλουμε και ειπε θα φωναξει την κοπελα, περιμεναμε αλλο ενα τεταρτο η φιλη μου παράγγειλε ενα chicken club sandwich και λογο αλλεργιας ζητησε να μην εχει μαρούλι και εγώ παράγγειλα τηγανητές πατάτες country με cheddar bacon περα απο το ότι έκαναν να ερθουν 40 λεπτα να μας τα φέρουνε της φιλης μου δεν της εβγαλαν υο μαρουλι που ζήτησε με αποτέλεσμα να το βγαλει με τα χέρια και το δικο που πιάτο ειχε μεσα τριχα. Εννοείται οτι τους το γυρισα πίσω λέγοντας συγγνώμη. Νομίζοντας οτι ειναι ολα καλα ξεκιναμε να τρώμε; Η φίλη μου κανει την πρώτη μπουκια και διαπιστώνει εκεινη οσο και ργω πτι το κοτόπουλο ειναι κοκκινο που σημαίνει ΑΨΗΤΟ, φωνάζουμε το σερβις και προσπαθούσαν να μας πείσουν οτι ειναι ένα κοτόπουλο ελευθερας και ετσι ειναι, προσπαθούμε να τους εξηγήσουμε οτι αυτο που λεει ειναι παντελώς λαθος και οτι και εμείς μαγειρεύουμε κι σερβις καναμε και γνωρίζουμε πολυ καλα, ανένδοτο το σερβις που εν τελεί δεν της αλλαξαν το πιάτο με αποτέλεσμα να μην το φάει εννοείται.
