BALUSE seascape all day bar — Restaurant in Kymi - Aliveri Anna Municipality

We used to love to visit Baluse. However, the last couple of years, we noticed that the place has deteriorated in a significant way. This year we visited the place on three separate occasions and we found the place to be lacking on each occasion. Our last visit was a couple of days ago when we took family there to have lunch. We arrived at 1:20 pm. We were told the kitchen was closed! They could serve us with snacks, like club sandwiches and the like. When my wife and I ordered a club sandwich with chicken, after the order was placed, we were told that there was no chicken! When the sandwich was brought eventually and I asked for mustard, I was told that there is no mustard! Once the food was brought to our table, they did not bring any napkins, cutlery or plates! When the meal ended and our extended family left, despite the above, we decided to have a drink just the two of us. After ordering a beer and a coffee and waiting for over 20 minutes, nobody showed up. So we got up and left. We will never visit this place again. It’s a shame how bad...

Great morning/early noon-ish café. Had a very nice selection of breakfast/brunch items. The place is right at the beach so you can sit and enjoy your coffee or whatever right by the water. Service(especially the food) is rather slow however, even when it's not that busy, but at least the wait staff is very polite and helpful. The beach is quite small and rocky, but well maintained. Went there only for the first half of the day, so I can't speak for the cocktails and night...

The place is indeed very beautiful and the location is excellent. However, the cocktails we ordered were pretty bad (one was seriously lacking in alcohol and had more juice and the strawberry mojito had no...well.. strawberry) and I had to ask to get a receipt. It might be better as a café as the location is amazing and the prices normal but as a bar it is...
