Μαντάμια Cafe — Restaurant in Lamia Municipality

It’s the first time I rate a business with 1⭐️ but if I could I would rate them with a -5. At first place the waitress was very rude, when my friend asked for a hot cocoa drink she literally said to him that every time she serves hot cocoa drink to customers they do bliah (like disgusted)… we were shocked from her rudeness! How can a waitress say this… and when after waiting for almost an hour to bring a club sandwich for our little girl I asked her, when she will serve it? She replied by saying with an attitude that the table next to us are waiting for more than 1:30 hour… you should wait! I told her, this is not a polite answer for a waitress and she replied she can’t help it because the staff in the kitchen are very busy and if she tries to put pressure on them they use bad language to her🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. Finally we asked for a napkin and they didn’t...

This place maybe good if you go there when it’s quiet but when they are busy they are rude. The staff was terrible ignoring everyone. They told us we will come in 10 minutes but instead vanished to have a cigarette outside. We waited for 20 minutes and went to the coffee section to order our own and he said ‘ don’t tell me you order I won’t remember’!!! Not sure how this place has a Tripadvisor badge. It’s embarrassing...
