West — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

Bad service, decent food We ordered two burgers and one portion of onion rings. The onion rings came first. When we wanted to eat, we've noticed that the bottle of ketchup on the table was actually BBQ sauce. We kindly asked the waitress to replace it when the burgers came. We waited for 10 minutes, three other tables received their ketchup, nothing for us. We started eating because we were hungry.

After a few minutes and some avoidance from her, I went to the same waitress to ask again for some ketchup and some salt. The answer "yes, yes, I will bring it to you".

After a lot of avoiding eye contact with us and after we ate all the food because it got cold already, the waitress came (just because there were new customers next to us), looked at my empty plate and said "Should I bring it now?".... No, thank you

When we asked to pay, she just said "yes" , turned around and ran to the bar ( we had the receipt from after we ordered, she just needed to review it on her smartphone and take the money). We left after leaving the money on the table, she saw us from inside and again, eye contact avoided.

Overall, really bad experience. We left really...

Πήγα χτες για πρώτη φορά σε αυτό το μαγαζί και δυστυχώς το φαγητό και τo service δεν ανταποκρίθηκαν στις προσδοκίες μου. Αρχικά φτάσαμε στις 10 και 15 το βράδυ και καθίσαμε στο τραπέζι και περιμέναμε 30 λεπτά για να έρθουν να πάρουν την παραγγελία μας. Περιμέναμε με υπομονή καθώς όλα τα τραπέζια ήταν γεμάτα . Ύστερα ήρθε η σερβιτόρα για να παραγγείλουμε και μας εξήγησε ότι θα πάρει τις παραγγελιες μας μόνο για τα ποτά και θα έρθει αλλος υπεύθυνος να πάρει τις παραγγελιες για τα φαγητά. Παράγγειλα ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό και η παρέα μου αλλα αναψυκτικά τα οποία τα έφεραν σχετικά γρήγορα. Όμως δεν έφεραν το μπουκαλάκι νερό ποτε, παρόλο παρόλο που τους το υπενθύμισα 2 φορές. Μετά αφού μας έφεραν τα φαγητά (παραγγείλαμε 2 burger bacon και το ορεκτικό mozzarella sticks) τους το ανέφερα για τρίτη φορά και μου απάντησαν ότι έχουν έλλειψη ποτηριών για αυτό δεν σερβίρουν μπουκάλια νερού. Αργότερα όμως πήγαιναν στα υπόλοιπα τραπέζια κανονικά μπουκαλάκια νερού.... Σχετικά με τα φαγητά, τα mozzarella sticks ήταν νόστιμα αλλα πιστεύω πως η τιμή τους είναι λίγο υπερβολική (4.50 € για 4 sticks και στην μέση μια sos). Ωστόσο τα burgers ήταν σκέτη απογοήτευση. Περιείχαν υπερβολική δόση κρεμμυδιου, ανύπαρκτη γεύση μπιφτεκιου και αναλατες πατάτες για τα οποία πληρώσαμε 7.50 ευρώ το ένα. Πληρώσαμε και φύγαμε, απογοητευμενοι. Μάλιστα ένιωσα μια μικρή αδιαθεσία μετά το φαγητό. Το αργό service μπορεί να δικαιολογηθεί καθώς ήταν Παρασκευή και γεμάτα τα τραπέζια αλλά η γεύση του φαγητού δεν μπορεί. Ως μόνιμη κάτοικος με βάση την χθεσινή μου εμπειρία δεν το συνιστώ και είναι κρίμα διότι βρίσκεται σε καλό σημείο στο κέντρο της περιοχής....για αυτό γενικότερα πριν πατε σε κάποιο μαγαζί ελέγξτε τις...

I ordered the jalapeno cream cheese (lovely), the chicken tacos (best food ive had in greece) and a classic burger for my partner (not so great as the bun was stale and the burger was drowning in mayonnaise). Ive tried many places in lefkada and this is hands down the best place to eat that I have tried so far. I made the mistake of ordering from oasis food and more but that was only because you were not delivering on the app today! Thankyou...
