Levkosh Apartments — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

The worst experience I have ever had at a B&B. The room was full of cockroaches—in the bathroom, the kitchen, and even on the walls of my room. The photos are completely misleading; they make you think it's a nice place, but it's just a crumbling complex of rooms.

The cleaning service is nonexistent. They throw towels in a plastic bag outside the door and barely change the sheets. The shower leaks and the bathroom floods every time you use it.

To top it all off, the rudeness and arrogance of the 'manager,' HELEN, is truly disgusting. She insulted us for pointing out these problems, and when we told her we would leave a negative review, she threatened to call our country's embassy to "find" us 😂. We were left speechless and dismayed by the conditions of the place and the truly awful behavior of the owner.

I'm attaching photos of the room's condition and, most importantly, the messages we received from the host. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is truly a place to avoid if you want to stay in Lefkada....

Extremely disappointing stay – dirty apartment, moldy AC, and bedbugs

We had a very unpleasant experience at this apartment. The place was dirty from the moment we arrived. The air conditioning unit was full of mold, and we were told we had to turn off the boiler’s circuit breaker every time we wanted to take a shower. Additionally, the door handle was completely missing.

After we complained about the AC barely working, we discovered visible mold inside. The owner promised a professional cleaning, but only the outer part of the unit was wiped – the interior mold remained, as clearly seen in the photos.

On the second night, we were bitten by bedbugs (or mites), which also appears in the pictures and was later confirmed at a local pharmacy. Due to this, we made the decision to leave the apartment early.

The owner refused to help and refund us, and Booking.com ignored all of our emails and requests for support. We never received a refund and are extremely disappointed by both the apartment and Booking.com’s...

Very clean, central, quiet apartment. Host was helpful and friendly. The house consists of 4 apartments, having access to the backyard and jacuzzi. It has 4 air conditioning. One of them was not working as we were there. Bathroom door did not close at all, we locked it in place with the garbage bin. Located next to a church, that rings it’s bells on weekend mornings.
