The food was meh at best. The state of the chairs was not the best as I hit my foot on one and a small piece of straw entered my nail penetrating my skin and causing a small bleeding and pain. The food came pretty fast but was not that tasty although I reckon I could’ve gotten a better dish as I rushed when picking my food. But I’m not really at fault since there was no menu and the mister naming all the dishes was speaking very fast leading up to me not being able to understand or make a great decision. I think this place is real look and feel greek taverna. People working here are nice and helpful. We have tried some dishes. All were tasty but I can say that tzatziki, greek salad, meatballs in tomato sauce were one of the best we have eaten so far. Stuffed tomato and pepper can be interesting option for vegetarians. White wine here is nice addition and tastes well. Other beverages like soft drinks and beers are also here but the assortment may vary depending on availability. One of the best traditional taverns in the island of Aegina. Convenient location, although not that great of a view. Being family run, the owners are very friendly and kind hearted and do their best to ensure you have a good experience.
