Great sand beach. The water is clear and shallow even if you go really far. We paid 10€ for a set of beds, the big bed was 13€ but you could also get poufs for 5€/unit, but those don't come with umbrellas. There was a jellyfish at some point but the staff quickly removed it. They also have a menu for drinks/food but I did not take anything. I found the prices to be rather expensive (5€ for a 25cl orange juice). I'd definitely recommand this beach if you go to Aegina!

A Mediterranean gem. We arrived on a day when there was a live geek music event and we ended up dancing with strangers around the tables. We loved the grilled octopus with fried potato chips and eggplant purée as well as the sea bass with the shrimp tartar. We had to order a second bottle of wine as we did not ever want to leave. The service is fabulous. It easily became my new favourite spot in Aigina, though I am a regular visitor of the island. Magnificent!

Nice atmosphere and excellent sea for swimming. Difficult to find some shadow especially in the afternoon. Nice lounge music. Food is mediocre and the prices are quite expensive. The service is rather slow and they easily forget the drinks so you have to call the waiter a second or even third time.

Being from Aegina, I used to visit this beach daily when younger. Not sure if management changed lately, but unfortunately it is now like jumping to a new parallel dimension. Upon arrival, you are "welcomed" by a bouncer who looks at you top down deciding to deem you worthy of plunging your body to their beach and holy waters. The beach can be empty, but you are still told -in a very rude and unprofessional way- that ALL sunbeds AND tables are reserved for weeks ahead and you cannot sit down anywhere. Too bad they don't realize that the island has plenty of other beaches where customers are actually treated like human beings -and in return, help the businesses generate revenue- .Someone needs to teach the owners how to properly run a business, because for a seasonal place and in the digital era, I wouldn't be turning down revenue like that. Geography also seems to be an issue, as it looks like management is confusing the island of Aegina with the island of Mykonos, both in terms of attitude and service, and also in terms of catalogue prices. This elitistic approach, where one needs to be a friend or come down to the beach wearing a gucci swimsuit and balenciagas to get a sunbed is not going to get you anywhere. Sad, because the beach itself is quite nice, especially during sundown. If negative ratings where available i would have gone below zero here. Good luck surviving your business with...

I’ll start with the good. The food was presented well and tasted good. It was relatively well seasoned. There was a good mix of textures. The venue has a natural, upscale, beachy vibe, which suits as it looks out to the beach.

And now the bad and the reason this place isn’t worth the price. The service was really bad. There can often be a fine line between giving customers space and being absent, this was well over the line. There were less than 3 tables to serve at its peak while we were there and more staff than customers, yet we constantly had to flag down someone to help. Flag someone to take our order. Flag someone to order more drinks. Flag someone to then be ignored. Flag another person to be acknowledged and then ignored again. Finally get someone to come over and take a dessert order. Even when trying to pay, I walked up to the bar knowing getting someone’s attention is an increasingly impossible task, the bar tender tried to get a waiter to come take care of it and the bartender was ignored as well.

On top of this the tap beer smells bad. Like really bad, skunky. Maybe it’s not Mamos or maybe they haven’t cleaned the lines in a very very long time, but stick to bottles.

It’s a shame, this place has everything going for it. Great location, nice food, nice fit out, but they fall short on staff training making the price not worth...
