Food came as messy as it gets! All my order of 26€ in the same bag, everything squished, sauces all over the place and freaking cold! I had people coming from abroad, I wanted to show them a nice meal and this is what I got….I live 5 min from this place how can it be cold ????? Tell your kitchen staff to learn how to assembly a pita gyros!!! Tzatziki was only on the top part of the pita at the end you are eating dry gyros can’t even swallow it ffs!!! So many onions, full of onions if you don’t take them out you taste pure onion!! This place was good but now it isn’t!! Called for a refund and still waiting for the manager who was not on the spot to contact me…here is your nice review for not your capable workers. You need to care for the food you are making if not go and dig a hole for a job! I will not recommend this to anyone else and advise people around to try another place. PS: This is not the first 1st time I order nor the 1st time I’m disappointed, it’s just now that I had enough from their food I get and the service that clearly forgets this...

Yesterday we went there and ordered 2 meat on pittas, they used extremely disgusting and unfresh ingredients inside. The tomato is in dark color and tastes really weird. The lettuce already turns BROWN so I have to throw all the vegetables out of my wrap.

I didn’t bring my phone yesterday to take a picture so I showed the waiter the stale vegetables I threw out. He said he would talk to the chief, not even a single apology for giving their customers these disgusting ingredients. I’ve never ever seen any restaurant in Greece using stale vegetables and this is very intolerable. What makes it worst is I get sick today and my stomach hurts as hell. Will never come back again and would not recommend any one to come unless they want to eat spoiled food and risk...

Παρήγγειλα 3 φορές τις τελευταίες 4 ημέρες. Την πρώτη παρέλαβα από το κατάστημα κι οι άλλες δύο ήταν online από την εφαρμογή τους. Παρόλο που η ποιότητα των κρεάτων ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή (κοτόπουλο, χοιρινό και κεμπάπ που δοκιμάσαμε), εντούτοις βάζω μόνο 3 αστέρια για τα εξής: 1) την πρώτη φορά που παρέλαβα από το κατάστημα τόσο το χοιρινό όσο κι οι πίτες είχαν παραψηθεί κι ήταν καμμένα σε κάποια σημεία και 2) ενώ την Παρασκευή που παρήγγειλα online με πήραν και τηλέφωνο για επιβεβαίωσή της κι η παραγγελία ήρθε κανονικότατα (να σημειώσω ότι το κατάστημα βρίσκεται στην Αγία Παρασκευή κι η διανομή ήταν για Παπάγου), χθες Σάββατο βράδυ που έκανα ακριβώς την ίδια παραγγελία, με πήραν τηλ να με ενημερώσουν ότι δεν εξυπηρετούν την διεύθυνσή μου. Καταλαβαίνω απόλυτα ότι ίσως λόγω φόρτου να μη μπορούσαν να ανταποκριθούν όμως οι δικαιολογίες που μας είπαν ήταν λίγο αστείες (ότι είδαν μεν ότι είχαμε πάρει ξανά μια ημέρα πριν αλλά δεν πρόλαβαν να μας ενημερώσουν κι ότι η εφαρμογή δεν έχει τελειοποιηθεί ακόμα για να "μπλοκάρει" τις περιοχές που δεν εξυπηρετούν). Μπορεί για κάποιους να είναι υπερβολικό να ασχολούμαι με τέτοια πράγματα αλλά θεωρώ ότι όταν ο καθένας μας έχει κοντά στο σπίτι του τουλάχιστον 5-6 σουβλατζίδικα (να μην πω από Παπάγου σε Αγία Παρασκευή πόσα μπορώ να μετρήσω από αυτά που ξέρω...) αυτές οι λεπτομέρειες είναι που κάνουν τη διαφορά και δείχνουν τον σεβασμό ή μη στον πελάτη.
