L' artigiano Pizza — Restaurant in Municipality of Aigaleo

I once ordered pizza margherita from their store, very simple order right? Nope! they delivered it with green pepper, that was many months ago. I decided to give them a second chance now so i ordered arrabiata rigatoni and noted that i didn’t want ham, however, i got spaghetti “arrabiata” with a lot of ham. It was already 11pm and i didn’t want to have to wait another 40’ before i could probably get the wrong order again, i removed the chopped slices of ham and ate the most horrendous dish of pasta known to mankind. The salsa tasted like tomato paste deluded in milk. It was tasteless, no salt and what seemed like a fragment of chili flakes. It was a big mistake to order from them again, it is obvious they haven’t changed their ways, i’m not wasting my money on them again. If you want good pasta and for less money i would suggest Pizza Yess, their food is good quality, tastes like home cooked and the portions...

If I could I would leave 0. It always takes forever to come and when it finally comes it is so cold that it is not even eadible. But today they overdid themselves. After 2 h of waiting estimated waiting time for delivery is 63 minutes!!!!!! Are you for real????? If you cant manage you oders just stop accepting them or at least have decency to call your customers to inform about delay. And when we finally called to ask what is going on with our order the lady on the phone was rude and her tone was " what the hell do you want for me? We have a lot of ordeds so you need to wait" . To be avoided...

Παραγγελία για μια 12ωρα πιτσα με πληρωμή με κάρτα Ticket restaurant της Endenred. Ενώ επέμεινα στο τηλέφωνο ότι μια φορά που πέρασα για take away δεν μου πήρε την κάρτα ticket συνέχιζαν να επιμένουν λέγοντας μου ότι την δέχονται. Ξαναεπεμεινα για άλλη μια φορά (καθώς δεν είχα μετρητά αλλά ούτε άλλη κάρτα πάνω μου) και μου είπαν ότι το πολύ πολύ αν μας πουν από το κατάστημα ότι δεν την δέχονται θα σας καλέσουμε ΠΡΙΝ φύγει η πίτσα από εκεί για να ακυρώσουμε τη παραγγελία. Ήρθε το παιδί και πράγματι δεν την πήρε την κάρτα. Υπήρξε αναμονή 15 λεπτά μέχρι να βγει άκρη. Και η ακρη ποια ήταν; Να μείνω τελικά νηστικός γιατί το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο μου είπε ότι όπως καταλαβαίνετε δεν μπορούμε να σας αφήσουμε τη πίτσα και να φύγουμε. Εγώ μετά από 1 ώρα θα έφευγα οπότε δεν με βόλευε να φύγει το παιδί και να ξαναέρθει ζεσταίνοντας κιόλας τη πίτσα ξανά στο κατάστημα (απαιτεί χρόνο όλο αυτό). Χρόνια πελάτης. Απλά ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ, δεν ξαναπαραγγελνω από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Και το 1 αστέρι πολύ είναι, δείχνει ότι κάτι έστω πήγε καλά. Κανονικά θέλει 0 γιατί μάλλον μιλάμε...
