Last Year Nama beach bar had a class a vibe that no other beach bar had and we would only come here from very far away because we enjoyed the service, the coffee (which was perfect last year) service was very nice and welcoming, music was amazing, but everything changed this year.. to worst! No good coffee available its bitter and tasteless. Food?! What can I say chicken baguette without sauce and all of their bread tastes like 5 day old bread! Disgusting! every-time we ate here we had stomach ache. We are so disappointed! I do not recommend eating at the beach. Restaurant was not 10/10 but a little better then the beach bar food. Be careful! They started cleaning up the beach at 9 am it was dirty and filthy from the night. Food was spread on the sand and dirty cloths. We wanted the white sun-beds but every day they say they are not available maybe bc we are locals and turkish tourists are way more important for this beach bar then we are. Even tho we pay every day a normal amount of money and eat at the restaurant almos every day. The blonde girl at the entrance is very very rude and thinks she owns the whole city only smiles to foreigners. The other service at the beach and at the bar are very helpful people and very kind just trying to work in this unbearable hot weather and make a little money. So sad I have no words… It has become a Ghetto place with...
Read moreNice beach with shallow water. We spent there two days, this is how I'd review them:
Food at the beach bar - good, the pizza is superb, the rest is what you can find on most Greek beaches. They have some contemporary offers, I tried the bowls with sushi rice, they were a bit too mushy, but everything else was good. Food and service at the restaurant - very good. The sea in front - really shallow, cool for the kids. Hostesses at the beach - the first day was A+, the second, with a different hostess - not very good, the beach was 80% empty when we arrived ~12:00, but everything was "reserved", and the hostess attempted to ditch our group with kids to the far end of the beach. We wanted to sit closer to the water, so we can watch our kids, to no success. Then she came back to tell us that we cannot take 4 umbrellas, but only three. There was a pile of sunbeds in the back. Management - not present(another couple asked the hostess for the manager, and she told them he is not there), apparently they were "watching us", because of the review we left(a bit creepy), but nobody came to ask us what the problem is, they just had a good laugh on our backs. They get an F from me here.
Overall it's a nice place, don't forget to make a reservation if you come here, so you don't run into an empty beach with towels thrown around and someone there ruins your...
Read moreA quite full place I wouldn't rather visit a second time. The manner they let you in the place is also not my preferable one as when you arrive your walked to a "suitable" place under an umbrella or something and you aren't choosing your desired one. Big part of the umbrellas are like a net and don't manage to keep you under a thick shadow although I would call them aesthetically pleasing they aren't quite practical. The staff and their service were perfect, polite servers with smiles on their faces. The menu was rich in choice but I can't give a review to anything except their pizza because this was my choice. As for the pizza I don't recommend ordering it because it has a thick dough and poor toppings. The prices were normal maybe a bit higher but personally I felt as they were reasonable. I think it's worth to pay them a visit the beach is wonderful just like the sea and if this bar is to your liking then so be it I just can't see myself...
