SunriseBeachHouse — Restaurant in Municipality of Angistri

Just arrived to Agistri. These guys have a great location they had very few tables at 4 pm. I had a cold Mythos and their signature burger. It was my first Burger in Greece and honestly the presentation was outstanding ingredients were great. However there was a problem with my meal there was no quality check so I was left to my own devices when there was an issue the top of the brioche bun was as hard as a rock. It was either stale or over baked. Literally couldn't bite into it or jamb a fork through it. I was able to flag the waiter down and explain the problem and tried to poke through it with a fork. Appreciate the apology however no effort was made for a service recovery even a complimentary coffee or minor discount as a gesture of Goodwill would have been greatly appreciated and transition this into a four-star review but that never happened. Plastic cups and waste. We were on Agistri mid of September and we wanted to spend Saturday Sunday at the Sunrise Beach House. We were asking to get the coffee served in a real cup and not in a plastic cup.They said it is not possible because they want to avoid accidents with the glass- but beer and wine was served in real glasses. We wanted to avoid plastic wast the island already has a plastic problem- what you can see if you walk 100 m towards Myli. I guess people want to enjoy the ocean the beach and a nice lifestyle.I don’t understand why people in the year 2023 don’t have any environmental consciousness. it’s a shame because they will be facing the problem very soon on their own island as it’s already a problem now. We spent the hole day there just to relax and enjoy the sea with the possibility to order nice drinks and food. We used deck chairs which were very comfortable. Peter served us and made our day an excellent one: Friendly with a sense of humour and professional. The food was tasty with reasonable price and portion.
