What a wonderful place this is! The moment we arrived we were treated like family. And this continued for the entire visit. Taken into the back to see the meat cooking, then into the kitchen to see the day's special roasting.
Traditional home cooked food, which was fantastic. Great options for vegetarians too.
Grapes from their veranda were being harvested on the day we visited, and we were given a bunch to take with us as well. Delicious. These were being taken to make the next batch of their own wine - of which a complimentary shot was served to us after the meal. Lovely. We subsequently bought a few bottles to take home as well. The small bottles make a great gift. 😉

The entire family was involved in making this a magical visit, and we would certainly come back again if returning to the area.

Most staff don't speak English but they want to please so eventually your needs are conveyed. Bathrooms are super clean and they have really cool upstairs display about weaving wool , for example. Even our picky little eaters found something to enjoy, like french fries with cheese or baked potato with sour cream, omelette with cheese, etc ... Grown-ups loved the lima bean and warm feta cheese. We are vegetarian as you can tell and there were plenty of options...
