We stayed almost a week in Dukades and although our plan was to try different restaurants there, we could not resist the temptation to come every day to this charming little restaurant which serves not only the most authentic and delicious Greek food we ever got in Greece, but also the whole atmosphere and service and welcome by the owner are beyond words. It is an absolute must if you are in Dukades and worth a drive to - you won’t be disappointed! Our favorite dishes were - eggplants with feta and tomato sauce in oven, shrimp saganaki, feta with honey in oven, best moussaka ever tried, pastisada and stifado. Well, you cant go wrong there. Amazing Greek wine. Very child friendly, nice terrace. the owner and chef Ms Stavroula has perfected her workflow and together with Aris they serve faster than we could eat the generous portions! Very reasonable prices....
Read moreSome of the best food we've had in Corfu! Super fresh and flavorful! The menu offers traditional Greek and Corfiot items and unique creations like our favorite - the stuffed calamari. It's just out of this world WOW - so tender with yummy tomato and feta filling on the inside and a savory sauce outside...you may end up using your bread to soak up every last bit of that sauce :-)
We kept coming back and tried several dishes that we loved. Some of our other favorites include the Greek rolls, the honey and sesame-crusted feta cheese, octopus stifado and the traditional Greek pastitsada. We can't wait to try more things on the menu next time we come back!
The owner is a great guy, wonderful to talk to! The staff are also kind and friendly. The atmosphere of this cute traditional village is so cozy as well....

We ordered 2 starter, aubergine with feta and Greek spring roll. These were tasty!

Maybe it's a personal preference but we prefer the mousakka in a little bowl sizzling right from the oven. A square piece of a bigger mousakka was not aline with the location and atmosfeer of the restaurant.
The fish was made in a very nice sauce, the fish itself (there was no name) was a bit chewy. I think these is partly because of the type of fish and partly because it had been in the stew for too long. Besides the fished there were some chips. The dish deserved some veggies or so.
The price of the food is above average therefore I...
