Great specialty coffee and wonderful owners. We had a great Panama Geisha on V60, a decaf Mexico cappuccino freddo, and an Ethiopia on espresso if I'm not mistaken—a proper specialty coffee experience. The two owners working behind the bar are super friendly, always smiling, and clearly passionate about coffee. They'll start roasting their own beans at the end of the year, and I'm already looking forward to visiting them again on my next trip to Corfu. Parking is hard to find but there's a semi-abandoned building right before to the coffee shop with plenty of space around it.

To get a true single origin coffee made by skillful and dedicated barista at a tourist places usually mission impossible. But not at Hidden Gem by Spyros. Coffee was excellent (both espresso and V60). Adding to that, the atmosphere and conversation was amazing as well. It is a Michelin Star coffee place in Corfu worth a special visit. If I am in Corfu, I will be there.

We were very happy to found out that this quality place was near our appartment. No matter in what part of Corfu you are staying - this is a place to go! Enjoy your coffee!
