During our visit to Corfu, my wife and I stumbled upon Xagiati, a charming Greek restaurant that truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and an authentic atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

The portions at Xagiati are incredibly generous, and the prices are astonishingly low considering the quality of food served. We came to Xagiati after we finished our work on a very hectic and hot day. We were a group of 6 and we were welcomed and served with all the love, speed and professionalism in the world .. Though we are so noisy and demanding. The place is a real hidden gem; with traditional exquisite interior and music. Everything was clean and beautiful.

The amazing lady who took care of everything and later we knew that she cooks too; is absolutely a very fine example and ambassador of Corfiot and Greek woman. Χίλια ευχαριστούμε!!

We had a big table and shared many tantalising dishes. From the biniata I highly recommend the Pastitsada and the Sofrito. Along with the lamb chops .. I couldn't stop myself from eating though I am not a meat person, but the meat was very tender and the spices were irresistible. I even ate rice and pasta simultaneously hihihi. Cod fish with garlic potatoes, boiled greens (Xorta), Greek salad, and french fries were all delicious too.

At the end we were served fresh Panna Cotta, and it was one of the best I have ever tasted.

Me and my friends came after long fairy trip. We were very tired. I am pregnant and felt very bad so I wanted to seat next to the Air Conditioner. We also needed to charge out phones because we have long trip ahead. The old lady wasn’t happy that we came with luggages (we asked where we can put them) she also didn’t let me seat close to air conditioner even when I told her I dont feel good. She just started preparing different table with angry face. The worst thing after all was that she started talk about me and my friends to other customers.. but one of my friend speaks greek and understood everything. We told her we understand her. She said we can go somewhere else. We left because they didn’t even have more than half food from the menu. When we were leaving she said that we only came to charge our phones…….. this is not how you treat...
