Steakhouse Paprika — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

We walk into the restaurant as a big group with tired and hungry kids and we immediately notice someone who seemed to be the owner giving us mean looks. We didn’t think much of it at first and continued ordering. Once 2 families in our group ordered, we stepped up but the manager put us to the side with no explanation and began serving a big family behind us. The family finishes ordering and when we begin to order the gyros the owner tells us that they have no gyros left and we had to get souflaki. We were understandably frustrated because our turn got skipped and completely dismissed, causing us to not get our order at all. It was our first visit here last week. We were served by Fannys who couldn't do enough to help. We were unsure of choices on the menu, so he took us to where the meat was cooking and explained our options. We wanted a mixed platter and he just said to choose the meats we wanted and he would create a platter to our tastes. The food when it arrived was delicious and the servings generous. The restaurant was bustling and full of locals coming and going which I think is a good sign of a good restaurant.
