Μπαρ Μπεε Κιου — Restaurant in Municipality of Chalandri

I am sorry to say this was way below average. I live abroad the past 5 years though born and raised in Chalandri and had heard many good comments from friends/locals. So maybe it's cause i was looking forward to it maybe i had my expectations high but this was disappointing. Delivery was fast and neat. Packaging too. But crispy chicken wings just smelled cheap and very low quality, I took a bite and threw it away. The burger medium cooked (as requested) but the meat used was not good enough for medium cooked. The patty was swimming in a pool of different sauces, maybe to cover the bad quality, maybe for they do not comprehend balance is important in anything edible...but all in all just bad. Ate a quarter and tapped out - also threw it away. I am sorry to give a bad review but given the whole publicity, word of mouth and expectation my experience was...

Back in the days it used to be a small restaurant with over 1 hour of waiting time and superb taste and quality of food (size as well, no doubt). Now it has expanded and the flavors have somewhat diminished, but it's still a great choice for burgers lovers, especially because of all the new creative combinations they come up with. Kind like Coca Cola, not the tastiest cola out there but definitely the king, can't like cola without having tasted some Coca Cola at some point.

The portions here are enormous, but even so the quality isn't lacking. The burgers were delicious and fries were fine. While the meat could be a bit more rare, it was still juicy enough. I also got a red ale McFarland, which I enjoyed.

It's a bit unfortunate that there wasn't an English menu, but the staff is pleasant and helps you with it (combined with Google translate).

As I said, the portions are very large, so keep that in mind. (I had a double burger, but even the single ones are quite big). If you're ordering for two people, perhaps order just a single portion of fries.
