I ordered a pizza, three small Cretan specialties plus a Chamomile that in my basic understanding is caffeine free which is why i ordered it in the first place. They gave me instead and without notice, black tea and when I returned it (caffeine duh!) they refused to return my money (Apparently they did not have chamomile) When i asked for a complaint form the lady in charge told me that they had none and that I should go downstairs to register my complaint (??) - i guess i should speak to the consumers office first thing tomorrow, yet they gave me no receipt - Where is Adonis when you need him - thank God for the transaction on my cc if it will serve of any proof. Finally the lady manager, so unprofessional, informed me that she would be taking off her employee's tips the amount so i could receive my refund, since the company did not have a refund policy (for a mistake the employees did). I mean, both food quality and customer facing support leave a lot to be desired. I am not sure if the company sucks as much and is as outdated not to have complaint forms or have a refund policy when the staff are messing up the orders or the lady manager should receive extra training to say the least. As a manager myself i would never speak ill of my team, with such an ease, nor handle a customer complaint in such a dismissive manner. Instead of handling the request all 3 employees were laughing under the mustache and were very dismissive and I could say inappropriate. Horrible ethics. Good job supporting our culture and promoting our filoxenia to thousands...
Read moreTerrible service. Asked for a ‘freshly squeezed orange juice’ and got charged for 3. Completely understand there was a language barrier as the cashier was Greek and I apologised for this. They hadn’t made 3 so it wasn’t an inconvenience to them at all, I let them know as soon as I had Paid that I only wanted one. She then clearly looked irritated by this and I apologised again. At this point I had already paid €25 for one orange juice, an Oreo ice cream and a Diet Coke. I didn’t see the price and was told to tap so just paid and it was when I got the receipt I was like why is it €25. But I was charged for 3. Again, absolutely fine and it was a miscommunication but then they proceeded to be speaking about me in Greek and the cashier pretty much threw the money at me. Absolutely shocking. I would have never left a bad review if it wasn’t for this. Customer service training...
Read moreThere a legal obligation to serve certain types of water, toast, juice and coffee in a regulated price. When you cannot offer those (see picture), you are obligated to stop servicing customers, until you can again. In this place I’ve been told that no toast was available and I had to buy one of their sandwiches that costs 5 times the regulated price. This is illegal. When I complained instead of apologizing, they challenged me back. When I complained to the airport staff, they said to me “but they never serve toasts”, which means that this is common practice for them. Same on everyone operating this place. The encounter...
