Hey, i had a dinner there with my girlfriend in our first day! I am really surprised for the comments that i see... Because we had exactly the same plates like the people who wrote the negative comments... More specifically, i had one mix grill and my girlfriend one kalamarakia portion,My meat was obviously a very high quality of meat and it was really delicious.... And our tzatziki was obviously also handmade and of course it must have a garlic taste... Otherwise it wouldn't be tzatziki....hahaha And we had almost our whole vacation there dinner... The service was also nice and friendly ....and with their behaviour you have the feeling that you are in one really warm/greek environment... We passed almost our vacation there and of course in our next vacations when we have the chance we will...
Read moreWorst restaurant we have visited in malia. Food was bad (slouvaki was hard and moussaka Had hardly any white sauce or meat just aubergine and potato) but what was worse was they charged us two euros for bread we never ordered but which they provided at the beginning we assumed free (if we had ordered for two euros would have complained in any case as bread was very hard). The rude waiter said it was insurance charge (never heard of such a thing myself) but my husband reads a little greek and knew it said "bread". We always tip everywhere we go if the place isn't too bad this was only place we...

Now, why the one star? This is because of the said nice gesture. Actually this bread is charged with 1€ each, however assuring before it was on the house. Clearly this is to rip off the tourist, to earn a bit of extra cash. After some discussions, they didn’t charge us for it. So make sure you don’t touch the bread unless you are willing to pay, because they will use it as an argument: you ate it, so you...
