Our recent visit to Asphalathos with a group of 32 people turned into an absolute nightmare, exposing the restaurant's deceptive practices. We made the mistake of not reading the small letters of the menu carefully and ordered 15 main dishes that were supposed to come with fries. However, the conniving staff saw an opportunity to take advantage of our oversight and brought us an additional 15 plates of fries (30 in total), without bothering to confirm our intentions.

This was not a mere communication error; it was a deliberate act of fraud. The restaurant deliberately misinterpreted our order to exploit us for extra profit. It was crystal clear that they had no interest in providing a genuine dining experience but instead focused on maximizing their own gain.

To add insult to injury, the staff didn't bother to inquire if the excessive number of fries was intentional. They served us a table overflowing with fries, as if they were mocking our ignorance. Their lack of integrity and basic customer service is appalling.

The quality of the food became irrelevant amidst the sea of fries that dominated our table. Our main dishes were overshadowed by this blatant display of dishonesty, leaving us feeling deceived and disheartened.

It is essential for any reputable establishment to prioritize honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. However, Asphalathos demonstrated a complete disregard for these principles. Their actions exemplify a business that values profit over ethical conduct.

We had an amazing dining experience at Aspalathos Restaurant Agriana! The food was absolutely delicious. The starter of olives and tomatoes with sea salt was incredible—such fresh and bold flavors. The tzatziki with cucumbers and dill was so good I could have eaten it by the spoonful alone! The other dishes were equally impressive. The grilled patties with roasted vegetables and a side of mashed sweet potato were perfectly cooked and packed with taste. Last night we found a hidden gem of a restaurant in Agriana named Aspalathos. As soon as the menu arrived I knew it was going to be good, slight variations from a standard menu while offering everything you would expect. The layout, decor furnishings and setting were stunning, service was excellent and super friendly. As the food started to arrive we knew we had discovered something very special and as the night progressed it just got better.
