IANOS Cafe Bistro — Restaurant in Municipality of Festos

Tried out this cafe when we came to Crete last year and it was a great experience it was the same second time around apart from the coffee ☕ sadly not as good as the first time I like my coffee hot not luke warm but this was the only criticism I have. Excellent service, excellent food, very nice atmosphere, great ambient music. We had the mushroom risotto (perfectly cooked, very balanced on the wine content), the burger is super tasty, and the vegetarian burger excellent mix of grilled, lightly sautéed veggies. Η εμπειρία μου στον Ιανό ήταν απογοητευτική. Το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικά μη εξυπηρετικό, με μια συμπεριφορά που δίνει την εντύπωση πως βαριούνται αφόρητα, ενώ παράλληλα έχουν ένα ύφος αλαζονείας που δεν συνάδει με επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση. Η έλλειψη διάθεσης και ευγένειας γίνεται εμφανής από την πρώτη στιγμή, κάτι που δημιουργεί μια πολύ αρνητική ατμόσφαιρα.

Όσον αφορά το φαγητό, η καθυστέρηση είναι εξωφρενική. Όταν δεν υπάρχει κόσμος, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα για να φτάσει το πιάτο στο τραπέζι. Σε ώρες αιχμής, η αναμονή γίνεται ακόμα μεγαλύτερη, δοκιμάζοντας την υπομονή του κάθε πελάτη. Συνολικά, δεν μπορώ να συστήσω τον Ιανό, καθώς τόσο η εξυπηρέτηση όσο και οι χρόνοι αναμονής δεν ανταποκρίνονται στις στοιχειώδεις απαιτήσεις ενός...
