Location is really nice. We ordered two starters the seafood croquettes and the octopus with fava cream and were nice. Than, for me the fact that a restaurant in Crete has in his menu pasta dishes should mean that you know how to cook pasta, said that, we ordered a risotto with seashell made in his own ink and a pasta with calamari, mussels and shrimps, the shape of pasta is not an usual Italian shape (🫣). We stayed at the wonderful Numo Hotel, which is located near Thalassa restaurant. Since Numo only offers half board, we decided to visit Thalassa for lunch, and it was absolutely amazing! The menu had a fantastic selection of seafood and fish, all incredibly fresh and straight from the sea. The tartare was a standout, and the service was impeccable.
