I recently celebrated my birthday at Secada Restaurant in Kalamata with my family, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that made us feel incredibly special.

Even if it looks nice, unfortunately we absolutely can not recommend this restaurant. As an appetizer we ordered fava beans with bread. The bread tasted like beeing already several days old and was put most likely in the microwave again shortly before serving (should probably suggest fresh bread from the oven) and the fava beans came from the freezer and where also not fresh. The risotto was okay in taste, but looked like it had already been eaten. The orange juice was served in a paper cup and the ordered beer came unfortunately only after asking again. The waitress was rather busy with her mobile phone than with the guests. For the price, an outrage. There are much better...

Το μαγαζί αξίζει παραπάνω από 5 αστέρια ✨ Την εξυπηρέτηση την έχουν φτάσει σε άλλο επίπεδο!!! Με το που έρχεσαι στο μαγαζί όλοι πρόσχαροι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν, εμείς ήρθαμε κατά της 10 ηωρα 13 Αυγούστου και ήμασταν τυχεροί και βρήκαμε στο Τσακ να κάτσουμε. Όση ώρα καθόμουν παρατηρούσα τον τρόπο που δουλεύουν εδώ μιλάμε για πραγματική οργάνωση και αυτό το λέω γιατί οι επόμενοι πελάτες που ήρθαν και δεν υπήρχαν διαθέσιμες ξαπλώστρες αμέσως ο υπεύθυνος τους πρότεινε να κάτσουν ακριβώς δίπλα στα τραπεζάκια και μόλις άδειαζε κάτι θα τους ενημέρωναν ! Με πλήρη ευγένεια κάνοντας να νιώθεις ένα συναίσθημα εμπιστοσύνης ότι όντως θα γίνει αυτό που σου λένε! Σαν να μην έφταναν όλα αυτα αυτό που με κέρδισε όμως είμαι το πως διαχειρίστηκαν μια οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Λοιπόν μπροστά μπροστά είχε ένα σετ χωρίς ομπρέλα και για να μην τους κάψει ο ήλιος τους λένε θα σας τοποθετήσουμε ομπρέλα και έτσι έγινε πέρνει ο υπεύθυνος το φτιαρι και ο βοηθός την ομπρέλα και ξεκινήσανε να σκάβουνε. Οι βοηθοί να έρχονται να μας ρωτάνε εάν είμαστε εντάξει εάν θελουμε κάτι να περνούν τα σκουπίδια. Λογικες τιμες νερό δώρο μαζί με τον καφέ, ξαπλώστρες χωρίς χρέωση ! Έχω πάει σε παρά πολλά beach bar σε όλη την Ελλάδα τέτοιο πράγμα δεν εχω ξανά δει ! ΜΠΡΑΒΟ ΣΤΗΝ ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΜΑΓΑΖΙΟΥ + ΜΠΡΑΒΟ ΣΤΟ TEAM(ΣΕ ΟΛΑ ΤΑ ΠΑΙΔΙΑ) τους χάρηκα πραγματικά...
