In the middle of the beautiful olive trees, rolling hills, and magnificent beaches just minutes away in various directions, this hidden gem is quietly sitting here, making unbelievable dishes.

My wife got the Moussaka and I got the Tsigariasto. The goat meat was so tender and juicy I was struggling to believe it was goat! And the Moussaka was so flavorful and fresh.

The staff were super friendly and didnt hesitate to make recommendations. It's a family owned restaurant, so we got to meet the owner, his wife, their son and son-in-law, and their grandson. Their other brother also makes fresh honey, which they sell at the restaurant, and it's beyond tasty!

We were on our way back from the beach, and we were all quite hungry, so we stopped at the nearest restaurant with a rating of at least 4.5, which happened to be Kalypso. We had largely eaten seafood the previous days, so a change was really needed, especially with such wonderful gyros. It was one of the best gyros we had. We also ordered the imam baildi and saganaki cheese, all of which were delicious. Finally, we were served cheesecake and raki, which were both delicious and greatly welcomed. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kalypso Taverna, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience. As someone from Serbia, where we eat a lot of grilled meat, I was blown away by their mixed grill meat for two. It was hands down the best grilled meat I’ve ever had, perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection.

The spicy cheese was another highlight. It had just the right amount of heat and richness, complementing the meal beautifully.
