I wonder how it is possible to travel thousands of km to come to Greece, to an island, to enjoy the sun, the beaches, the Mediterranean diet, and when you sit down at a tavern by the sea, recommended to be among the best in the area, should you read on the menu that absolutely all seafood, whether octopus, shrimp or squid, is frozen, nothing fresh?
