Elia Cafe Bistro — Restaurant in Municipality of Mandra-Eidyllia

At a first glance this place looks like an interesting and cool bistro to sit down and enjoy some snacks and drinks, however when you get closer to the tables you'll realize how dirty and ruined the seats and tables are, you will even see torn seat covers. Food is average at best and almost everything that comes out from the kitchen comes burnt/overcooked. Coffee and chocolates are also not that great and a bit overpriced, but the alcoholic beverages made from the owners of the bistro are amazing, worth to come have a few drinks. The waiters don't know which table is already being served and they come one after the other looking angry when you ask for a catalogue of their products, more specifically (I've visited this bistro more than once) one young waitress always looks mad and last time I visited we were waiting for about 40 minutes to order and she was ignoring us while talking to some dudes at a table, once another waiter came to take our order, she saw it and came to ask again.
