ATISBAR — Restaurant in Municipality of Marousi

Having reserved a week in advance online, I got to Atis Bar at 8:30 this evening, and, to my surprise, I was announced that the reservation had been made for outdoor seating. Mind you, it's winter, and, especially cold this evening (5degrees). I checked the booking confirmation email and nowhere did it specify that we would be seated outside. Also, I find it hard to believe that such a place, which is mostly occupied by the neighbouring office employees, especially on Fridays, would have been fully booked a week in advance. I kept asking to be moved inside throughout the evening (nothing was ever available not even at the bar? Ridiculous!) and had a horrible evening, ruined by the extremely low temperatures. Dinner was nothing special, same old, same old. Bottom line, if you want to make a reservation, don't use the online application! Call and ensure you reserve the table of your choice because the smart people that run the place consider it totally fine to provide tables outdoor no matter the season or the temperature. Spent an entire afternoon here. Most people visiting here are bankers, lawyers, corporates or business people. Easy to use this place to work and take calls in the day.

In terms of food - well a little average. Nothing is wow but nothing is bad either. Service is a tad slow which will be preferred if you are sitting to pass time.
