We visited the place on March 16th, 2023, a party of three people. An impressive place with high ceilings. We were asked to pre-order if we wanted anything from their rotisserie, which kind of spoiled any spontaneous mood we might have had. We preordered some porchetta which was delicious. Στο συγκεκριμένο εστιατόριο πήγαμε πρώτη φορά Τσικνοπέμπτη του 2023 χωρίς να έχουμε ιδιαίτερες απαιτήσεις καθώς λειτουργούσε μόνο 3 μήνες. Πλέον πηγαίνουμε τακτικά. Το φαγητό του είναι εξαιρετικό. Ο σεφ Ηλίας Σκουλάς έχε ξεδιπλώσει το ταλέντο του κυριολεκτικά, σε συνδυασμό με εξαιρετικές πρώτες ύλες. Ότι έχουμε φάει είναι πεντανόστιμο. Κορυφαίο πιάτο είναι το μοσχαρίσιο μπιφτέκι. Ζουμερό και πεντανόστιμο από τα καλύτερα που έχω φάει. Απίστευτο το burger και η μοσχαρίσια μπριζόλα tomahawk. Από ορεκτικά προτείνω τα μανιτάρια στη σχάρα με πολέντα και το ελαφρώς πικάντικο ταρτάρ. Το εστιατόριο εξειδικεύεται στην παρίγια (αργεντίνικη ψησταριά) και στην ροτισερί (σούβλα) όπου προτείνω να δοκιμάσετε την πάπια και το κοτόπουλο κοντοσούβλι.
