We found this lovely little place when wandering around the famous pottery village of Margarites.

We had home made cakes and smoothies which were phenomenal.

All the cakes are homemade and the owner was so friendly to us.

Having been to Crete before we had an Orange cake which is really moist and honestly the best cake you'll ever try (if you like Orange). It's so moist and tasty.

We were so pleased to have found this cake again 😀

The smoothie choice was excellent and we all had various flavours ranging from mango to coconut.

We saw some lunches coming out which looked amazing!

We sat outside and took in the atmosphere and luckily it was really shaded by bright pink Bogonvilla.

You must visit here if you are planning on coming to...

My wife and I stayed in Margarites for 4 days, we went to Sweet Margarita every single day. The food was great, what made it even better for us was getting to know the people! They would get excited to see us every time and would load us up with candies (the best). I recommend the spinach and cheese pastry, and of course you cannot go wrong with their baklava (add ice cream if you dare). Make sure to get there during your trip!...
