ANEMELA — Restaurant in Municipality of Nafpaktia

They offer high quality food but there are many disadvantages. The personnel is not enough educated to face with the clients. Also, they do not know how to behave, definitely rude people. They did not occupy with us. We had to call them to order as we were waiting 25 minutes. We ordered 5 plates and they needed approximately one hour to prepare them...... And at the end, they did not want to issue a receipt. Definitely not...

As others have said, this is truly a local restaurant. It has english on the menu but the server didn't really speak english. The service wasn't the fastest, but I won't fault them for that as I think it was only 2 people working in the whole restaurant. However, the food more than makes up for it and was the best seafood we had in Greece. We had what I think we both thought was the best Calamari of our entire lives here....

Zero service, took them 75 minutes to muster a salad and green veggies. Completely unprofessional. Walked out and the owner had the audacity to tell me that this is normal waiting time for a restaurant. Completely inexcusable from all aspects. One has to wonder how they stay in business or where do the good reviews come from!?! Zero stars, do...
