Aroma — Restaurant in Municipality of Nafpaktia

Unacceptable behavior from the staff and the owner. There was a family with two kids that were screaming the whole duration of our stay and the staff did absolutely nothing about it because they knew this family. Everyone was upset in the caffee and when we spoke up the attacked with very bad words and again the staff did nothing. The cherry on top was that they didn’t even apologize to us and their customers. They take known people over customers. If i could rate with zero stars i would. Now with that said the coffee was ok not great but not terrible. (* I want to note that the staff were friendly and helpful but again did nothing to solve the situation) I don’t usually rate with one star but that has to be the most disgusting situation I’ve ever been.
