Worst customer service ever. Made a booking thinking it will be really busy - which was not the case.When we arrived got ignored for 45 minutes. Asked multiple times to have someone take our order but were ignored not once but at at least four times. They took orders from a few other tables - most of those arrived after us. No explanation- we had to beg for a bottle of water. When someone finally arrived to take our order they told us no Soulva - spit meats are not available - all gone. We had enough of their hospitality got up and left extremely disappointed. Then they made us pay 2 euro for the water -which we didn’t even drink. Its situated in the lush central part of Naxos in a valley surrounded by greenery. In the day you'll have the option to dine outside in the shade of the largest tree I have seen on Naxos.
The food is cooked perfectly, with excellent ingredients. My wife and I had the "Goat in Pot" (which has a taste quite similar to lamb, though not quite as gamey) and Beef & Eggplant which had some excellent cheese melted on top.
This was the most authentic, and delicious food we had on our two week trip to Naxos.
