A great little taverna/snack bar away from the chaos of Sidari. (Recommended to us by a friendly chap on his holidays from Athens who happened to give us a transfer one day as a favour to a friend - I’ll take a recommendation from anyone!). Set on the Main Street of a small hamlet/village so not too busy, pretty looking and nicely decorated.

Food was great, starters of baked feta and courgette balls were lovely and a main of Sofrito was top notch - the family had pork chop which was cooked to perfection.

A smallish place, I noticed a few reserved tables, but we were there early for dinner so no problem getting a seat.

Service was excellent and friendly and we o oh didn’t stick around longer because the kids were bothered by wasps (they haven’t got used to them yet).

Overall a lovely experience and...

I can't rate this taverna highly enough. We found this place about 6 years ago and we are so glad we did. The food is delicious, all proper homemade greek dishes, you certainlywont be disappointed. . We go to Corfu every year and eat in this Taverna most evenings. It's very authentic. Lovely atmosphere, not too busy and nice sitting among the locals who have now got to know us very well. The village is quiet and you see the odd car passing through. Spiros and Anna the owners are very welcoming. Anna makes a delicious Milk Pie for a dessert sometimes. If you see it treat yourself its delicious. Can't wait to go back...

This is my local, friendly staff and locals, great home cooked village food, good wines, bottled beers. Music or sports on tv. Live music on festivals, Easter, xmas, new year etc, bouzouki and guaranteed locals will dance and invite you to join in. Nights when Olympiakos on tv are very busy with good atmosphere. Weekend nights also busy at times creating nice atmosphere. If you visit Roda resort then a walk 1 mile to To Neon is a must to experience a real village Taverna. Spiros and Anna will...

FINALMENTE!
