MONKEY BAR — Restaurant in Municipality of Penteli

Surprisingly good, very good to be honest! The cocktails were very good, they tasted nice and were executed wonderfully. The Zombie with a twist of Monkey Bar was awesome! Equally good with the original recipe if not a little better! The Caribbean Queen was pretty good as well. What could've been better is the amount of signature cocktails list. The list consisted of 7 or 8 cocktails of their own. Sadly the cocktail lists that you see on the menu of their site are no longer being offered. Get creative again and add a few more signature cocktails and tastes to your list guys. The service was relatively fast and the personnel was very gentle. The pop corn accompanying our drinks was fresh and dandy! The DJ/playlist was a mix of all kinds, great selections from every kind of music one could listen to. All in all a great experience, a bar I would go back to and would recommend to anyone without...

It’s a shame such a nice bar with great music and quite good cocktails to allow smoking inside. And not 1 or 2 random smokers (that still would be unacceptable) but the majority of the people inside were smoking freely and had ashtrays all over the place. When we asked the people working there, they claimed that we should all be a bit more loose during holidays… Possibly they need to be reminded of the law not being...

Ξεκινάμε από το κάπνισμα μέσα στο μαγαζί. Οι υπεύθυνοι κάναν την πάπια για να μην χάσουνε τους μερακλήδες πελάτες εκ βαλκανίων. Πήραμε ένα κοκτέιλ mango thai. Μας το σερβίρανε σε μικρό ποτήρι με 5 παγάκια μέσα τεράστια. Το ποτό ζήτημα είναι να είχε τον όγκο που έχει ένα σφηνάκι. Το αναφέραμε στην σεβιτόρα και εκείνη είπε ότι θα μιλήσει με τον μπάρμαν. Επέστρεψε για να μας πει ότι έτσι σερβίρεται αυτό το ποτό γιατί το λέει ο σούπερ ντούπερ μπάρμαν που απασχολούν. Πληρώσαμμε 11 ευρώ για παγάκια και ένα ποτό ...σφηνάκι. Α, και μερικά μπαγιάτικα ποπ κορν για συνοδευτικό.

Πριν ένα μήνα ο Τάσος Δούσης από τις Εικόνες έπινε κοκτέιλ στην κεντρική πλατεία του Μονακό έξω από το πριγκηπικό παλάτι με 12 ευρώ και εμείς πληρώσαμε στα εξωτικά Μελίσσια Αττικής 11 ευρώ για ένα σφηνάκι με παγάκια.

Καλά μας κάνουν. Εμείς φταίμε που δεν σηκωθήκαμε να φύγουμε χωρίς να πληρώσουμε και να κάνουμε την πάπια όπως κάνουν και αυτοί με τους καπνιστές και την περιεκτικότητα των δήθεν...
