I have visited this place 3 times total. From the first time, even tho I loved the vibe, something felt off. Second time, I saw a hair on a pastry inside the glass display. But the third time was a charm! Ordered, among others, a savory pancake dish and when it arrived there was a hair intertwined to the leafy greens. We returned the dish immediately and after 10minutes or so, another waitress came back with a new ( we thought) dish. However it was the same dish with the hair. Also, as the trolley with my dish was arriving along with the dish of the next table, I saw that that the other dish had a ball of hair and dust on top. The waitress apparently heard me discussing this with my friends and never served the dish to the next table. However took it back to the kitchen. Funny thing is she came back in less than 3 minutes, fact that makes me think that probably the ball of hair was just removed and the dish was reserved. We only received an apology and nothing more. Customer service, keeping clients pleased and hygiene standards do not exist in this place. For sure, never going back here and I advice...
