Unacceptable Service Experience

I have been a loyal customer of your establishment for several years and have always enjoyed my visits. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I experienced a series of disappointing incidents that have led me to reconsider my opinion of your restaurant.

Upon arrival, a young waiter assistant promptly brought us a bottle of water and glasses, which we appreciated. However, due to the lack of air conditioning and the extreme heat inside, we decided to move to an outdoor table. I informed the waitress of this and asked if she could bring the water and glasses, to which she agreed. Unfortunately, the items never arrived, and I was left to transfer them personally.

Despite being seated outside, no one attended to us for an extended period. I eventually had to collect the menus myself. After further waiting, I flagged down the waiter assistant, who mistakenly thought we were ready to pay. I explained that we had not even placed an order. He clarified that he was not responsible for taking orders, yet he later stepped in to assist us since no one else came. His effort was commendable, and it was evident he was doing his best under the circumstances.

When my food finally arrived, I ordered a salad. To my dismay, I discovered a long hair in it after only a few bites. I returned the dish immediately, feeling both disappointed and disgusted. While a replacement was provided, the damage was already done.

Throughout the evening, the assigned waitress was largely absent. She only appeared towards the end of the night, at which point she mistakenly attempted to clear a table near us that had not even been cleaned after the previous customers. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and the overall experience, her response was dismissive and unprofessional—stating that “this was the case for everyone, including herself.”

This level of service falls far short of the standards I have come to expect from your establishment. What should have been an enjoyable evening was instead marred by repeated neglect, lack of professionalism, and poor hygiene. Regrettably, this experience has left me unwilling to recommend your restaurant to others in the future.

If i can give less than a star i would do The service was bad. The lady inside next to the vitrines was so mean in a way we decided to take our dessert away instead of enjoy our table after food.i asked for a sandwich i felt guilty I don’t know why. When we asked for dessert i asked her are you closing soon cause she was angry in a rush she said yes we are closing in half an hour but she was acting like she is closing now so we had to decide fast and take them away she put the things in boxes and throw the boxes to the cashier again why I don’t know. Άθλια συμπεριφορά!!!! Στις 19.45 χτες, το επισκέφθηκα με μια φίλη. Κατά την παραγγελία, μάς ενημέρωσε η υπάλληλος ότι στις 20.45 πρέπει να φύγουμε γιατί το μαγαζί έχει live.(αυτό μας το είπαν άλλοι δύο υπάλληλοι μέσα στα επόμενα 7 λεπτά) Ρώτησα λοιπόν απορημένη αν είναι πριβέ και εφόσον όχι, γιατί θα έπρεπε να φύγουμε? Απάντηση: "Για να στρώσουμε το μαγαζί". Ρώτησα τότε αν μπορούσαμε να περιμένουμε στον εξωτερικό χώρο και μου είπε πως ναι. Ήπιαμε, λοιπόν, βιαστικά τα ποτά μας και βγήκαμε έξω όπου υπήρχαν δύο αναμενες σόμπες. Μέσα στο μεταξύ, αφαιρέθηκαν κάποια τραπέζια και δύο παρέες μεγάλων σε ηλικία ούτε που τους είπαν κάτι. Όσο περιμέναμε ήρθε μια σερβιτόρα να πάρει παραγγελία, την ενημερώσαμε πως ήπιαμε τα ποτά μας μέσα κι ότι θα ξαναμπούμε μόλις στρωθεί το μαγαζί. Και τότε, έρχεται ένας σερβιτόρος και σβήνει τη σόμπα. Σβήνει τη σόμπα χωρίς να μας μιλήσει!!!!! Καθόμασταν έξω γιατί μας ζήτησαν να βγούμε. Είχαν περάσει 20 λεπτά. Θέλαμε να μπούμε μέσα για να ξαναπαραγγείλουμε και έσβησαν τη σόμπα γιατί κρατούσαμε το τραπέζι χωρίς ποτό! Να σημειωθεί πως έξω είχε ψοφόκρυο και περιμέναμε να μας πούνε πότε μπορούμε να μπούμε ξανά! Όταν έκανα παράπονα στη σερβιτόρα, μου είπε "ε νεαρός είναι ο σερβιτόρος δεν ξέρει από αυτά!!!". Τι δεν ήξερε? Τρόπους??? Μετά από λίγο τον στέλνει να την ανάψει πάλι, αλλα φυσικά σγκωθηκαμε και φύγαμε και ούτε θα ξαναπατήσουμε! Και ασφαλώς θα έχουμε να λέμε και για το γεγονός ότι 3 άτομα μας είπαν ότι πρέπει να βγούμε,χωρίς ούτε ένα να φιλοτιμηθεί από επαγγελματισμό να μας ενημερώσει ότι το ζητήσει μαγαζί στρώθηκε και μπορούμε να μπούμε! Να μην πατήσει κανείς!...
