We just enjoyed a summer Friday evening at Simma. Upon walking into the terrace, we were cordially welcomed by the host, who suggested a comfortable, breezy spot. The place has just been renovated, but in a traditional style, meeting the village's Venetian history.
Coffee was just right and soft drinks of special brands and interesting flavors were available.
The menu included a good number of specialties made with carefully chosen local ingredients- NO pre-cooked, microwave-heated stuff. The chef prepared for us skinned potatoes as an appetizer and the 4-person platter, the smoked sausage and the chicken filet as main courses. Servings were generous and the waitresses were very pleasant and kind.

The only restaurant/café in this small village is a straight 5 out of 5. The food is super delicious and the prices are reasonable.
We were there with a group of 8 people and ordered several dishes for a great feast! Since we were there a second time the owner recognized us and treated us with beers, coffees and a dessert on the house!
