The atmosphere, the staff, and the flavors were simply outstanding. We went with very high expectations and still found ourselves pleasantly surprised. The presentations were extraordinarily creative, and listening to the stories behind each dish made the experience even more captivating.
There were almost mystical moments when we felt grateful for the blessings arriving on our plates. Since we don’t eat meat, they crafted a special composition for us from the 10-course menu — thoughtful and flawless. Pougki and Plomisto were my absolute favorites.
You can choose between the 8, 10, or 18-course menus, served in a beautifully paced sequence. If you like, each course can be paired with wine, but we preferred a bottle of white from the Alexandris vineyards — an excellent choice. The menu was so fulfilling that, unfortunately, we had no room left for the final cheese plate and cocktails.

Read moreWe celebrated our second anniversary at Noble and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The view was breathtaking, the atmosphere intimate yet relaxed, and every detail – from the service to the menu – was absolutely perfect.
Each dish was a journey in itself, a balance of creativity, tradition, and flavor. The staff guided us through the tasting with genuine passion and attention, making us feel special throughout the evening.
I also want to leave a personal note: in the excitement (and perhaps the emotion of the moment), I realize I left a tip that didn’t reflect how grateful we truly were. If anyone from the team reads this – please know how much we appreciated your work and how deeply we enjoyed the experience. You made our celebration unforgettable.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rhodes. Thank you...

We already had a few tasting menus but this one was by far the smallest. At first we thought that is a joke. The portions are so small, that it fits on a knifes tip.
As a rhodian, I can tell that they did a very good job a presenting the history of the food and it actually tastes very good, no doubt. But the portions, I am still shocked - they were so small, I can not find any words.
At the end we waited 1 hour for the dessert although the restaurant was not filled very much.
All in all it was a very disappointing stay.
I am very sorry to say that I can not...
