Chef Giovanni of Naples, from a family of restauranteurs, has over 40 years experience in the kitchen. He is very particular, and selects fresh ingredients himself, some direct from Naples. He makes everything fresh: fresh hand made pasta, fresh hand made marscapone for the tiramisu, fresh hand made buffalo mozzarella, hand made Naples-style pizza made with 00 flour (fermented 48 hours, baked for a minute in a 400+ degree oven), Giovanni makes a very tasty limoncelo to top off the rest of the delectable dishes. There is plenty to choose from on the menu, as well as new specials every week, and Giovanni is also happy to make any customizations that your heart desires. If you like pasta carbonara, you need to try chef Giovanni's pasta carbonara. If you like tiramisu, you must try chef Giovanni's tiramisu. The carbonara and tiramisu are divine. For the kids, Chef Giovanni made his own special version doughnuts with ice cream and chocolate sauce that was a hit!...

Something Italian is a must and always for us. We cannot get enough! The wine... oh, the wine. The pizza, the pasta... The veal... oh, the veal! Everything is always delicious and very fresh. Service is wonderful and friendly. Mr. Giovanni, the owner comes out to personally greet and ensure your food is cooked and made to your liking. We love absolutely everything... The caserta pizza and the gnocchi are some of our favourites.. and PLEASE (it will be very hard) save room for the dessert... oh, the dessert! I regret that I have only one five star to give this restaurant. This was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. The location is beautiful, a short distance from the stressful central parts of Rhodes. The chef Giovanni and his staff were wonderful. We had a salad for starter and the fish for main and every ingredient was fresh and tasted wonderful.

When the restaurant couldn’t get hold of a taxi because all of them were busy, Giovanni drove us back to our hotel in his car, even though the restaurant was full of guests. That’s what I call service. Please visit his restaurant, you will not regret...
