🇨🇿 Na tuto pláž jsme narazili úplnou náhodou při cestě na jih z města Pefki – a musím říct, že to byla jedna z nejlepších náhod celé dovolené. Pláž je klidná, nepřeplněná turisty a má příjemnou atmosféru, díky které si člověk opravdu odpočine.

Za dvě lehátka se slunečníkem zaplatíte 20 €, což je na místní poměry úplně v pořádku, zvlášť když vezmete v úvahu služby, které k tomu dostanete. Obsluha je totiž neskutečně milá – slečna z baru nám ke každému lehátku donesla talíř čerstvého melounu, což je pozornost, se kterou se na plážích jen tak nesetkáte.

Bar i kuchyně stojí za zmínku. Nabídka nápojů je bohatá, a co se týče jídla, kuchař připravuje luxusní bufetová jídla podle vašeho výběru. Všechno, co jsme ochutnali, bylo čerstvé, chutné a připravené s péčí – opravdu gurmánský zážitek na pláži.

Dalším velkým plusem jsou čisté toalety a celkově udržované prostředí. Člověk má pocit, že se tu majitelé i personál starají o každý detail, aby se hosté cítili dobře.

Nemám absolutně co vytknout – krásné místo, skvělé jídlo, příjemná obsluha a minimum lidí. Pokud budete v okolí, rozhodně doporučuji udělat si zastávku.

We stumbled upon this beach completely by accident while driving south from Pefki – and it turned out to be one of the best surprises of our holiday. The beach is quiet, not crowded at all, and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.

Two sunbeds with an umbrella cost €20, which is more than reasonable considering the service you get. The staff are incredibly friendly – the lady from the bar even brought us a plate of fresh watermelon with each sunbed, a small but thoughtful touch you don’t usually find elsewhere.

The bar and kitchen deserve special mention. Drinks are varied and refreshing, and the chef prepares delicious buffet-style dishes of your choice. Everything we tried was fresh, tasty, and clearly made with care – a real gourmet experience right on the beach.

Another big plus: clean toilets and a well-maintained environment overall. You can really feel that the owners and staff take pride in making visitors comfortable.

I randomly found Thalassa Beach Bar while exploring the island, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip to Rhodes. The beach is beautiful and not overcrowded like many other spots. The staff were super welcoming and made us feel at home right away.

We got a couple of sunbeds, ordered some drinks, and ended up staying the whole day. The food was surprisingly good and the prices were fair, especially compared to other beach bars in the area.

If you have mobility impairment, this is quite an accessible beach. A short bit (a few metres) that would be tricky on a wheelchair (steep and stoney), but then level with wooden slat walkway to sun beds.
