Am Morgen des 12.08.23 hatten wir bedauerlicherweise eine negative Begegnung mit dem Personal im Kentriko. Die Dame, die im Innenbereich tätig war, war nicht in der Lage, unsere Bestellung effektiv aufzunehmen, und schien ohne erkennbaren Grund frustriert zu sein. Nachdem sie endlich unsere Bestellung notiert hatte, vergingen lange Minuten, bis das erste Gericht serviert wurde. Zu unserer Überraschung fragte sie erneut nach unseren weiteren Bestellwünschen. Offensichtlich hatte sie einen Teil unserer Bestellung vergessen. Trotz unserer Geduld und Freundlichkeit wurden uns anstelle einer Entschuldigung Vorwürfe gemacht. Man erklärte uns, dass das Gewünschte nicht verfügbar sei und man uns angeblich darüber informiert hatte. Wir versuchten, die Missverständnisse auszuräumen, aber die Kommunikation gestaltete sich schwierig.
