The place has everything one would expect! The beach is sandy the place is quiet since is filled with families! The bar’s policy is 20 euros front row and 25 euros the other seats as minimum consumption! The parking is a bit tricky since there are not many spaces outside, so you have to come early in the morning! Why the overall 1 star? Cause both the times I’ve been there they tried to charge us for things that we didn’t order! First time we consumed around 30 euros ( thank god we didn’t throw out the receipts) and were asked to pay 49 euros! After some discussion and showing the receipts we had saved we managed to pay what we had consumed! Thinking this was a genuine mistake we tried to give the place a second chance (stupid on out part)! The second time the final receipt had 2 draft beers for 12 euros that we didn’t order nor consumed! Its not about the money but its the sly attitude hoping the costumers wouldn’t notice! Such a shame! Safe to say I’m never going back there! Check your receipts...

Palmar Beach Bar is one of the most balanced beach bars in Sithonia: clean, sandy beach, calm atmosphere, and friendly service. The crowd is a mix of families and young people, which gives it a lively but not overwhelming vibe.

💶 Prices & setup: €20 minimum spend for 2 loungers + 1 umbrella (fair compared to many other places). The menu is wide — brunch, pizzas, burgers (€10–14), smoothies (€6.5), cocktails (€11–13), beers (€5–6). The smashed burger was huge and tasty, almost too much for lunch.

🎶 Ambience: Chill music, not too loud, fits the setting. Parking is easy. Service is attentive and polite.

Abbiamo frequentato questo beach bar durante le nostre vacanze ad agosto. La spiaggia é molto carina, pur essendoci tanti set di lettini non ci si sente ammassati, é frequentata principalmente da famiglie con bambini (non sono ammessi animali). Il personale é gentile, il cibo é abbastanza buono e i prezzi nella norma (20/25 € per set come consumazione minima). Mare cristallino.

Perché due stelle? Perché ahimè ci é rimasto l’amaro in bocca quando abbiamo pagato. Il primo giorno ci viene chiesto di pagare 31€ (a noi sembrava non del tutto corretto facendo due calcoli a mente), ricontrollano e diventa 49€… decisamente non corretto (eravamo in due). Recuperiamo gli scontrini (che consegnano per ogni ordine) e il totale fa 29,60€. Facciamo i conti insieme al personale e si, confermano 29,60. Volevamo lasciare una piccola mancia alla ragazza che ci ha seguito perché abbiamo immaginato fosse stato un errore dato dalla giovane età e volevamo farle capire che per noi era tutto a posto, l’ha rifiutata. Torniamo una seconda volta serenamente, e purtroppo anche in questo caso al momento del conto (sempre con scontrino alla mano) ci chiedono 48€ invece che 42€ (che era la somma degli scontrini). Non abbiamo fatto storie a questo giro, abbiamo pagato quanto richiesto e ce ne siamo andati molto amareggiati. Onestamente ci siamo sentiti molto stupidi per aver pensato che l prima volta fosse stato un errore isolato in buona fede. State attenti al totale da pagare, tenete gli scontrini consegnati e controllate il...
